Meet Jordan
Of Royals was established in 2020. The creator, Jordan Coyne, is from Brisbane in Queensland, Australia.
In 2010, Jordan attended Southbank Institute of Technology in Queensland, Australia, where he obtained a Diploma of Music. Jordan then attended Berklee Music College in Boston, USA, where he completed the Summer Performance Program. In 2012, Jordan attended JMC Academy in Queensland, Australia, where he obtained a Diploma of Music in Contemporary Performance.
In 2013, Jordan went on to create his band Between Kings. Jordan is the main songwriter and band manager for Between Kings. The band have toured around Australia, local areas of Los Angeles, other parts of California, they were ranked #60 in the Top 200 Alternative Charts and considered for two Grammy nominations for their single Antidote.
Being the main songwriter for his band, Jordan has worked behind the studio desk with some of the best producers in the world. Jimmy Messer, who has worked with artists such as Awolnation, Enrique Iglesias, Miley Cyrus and Kelly Clarkson, and ,Stuart Stuart, who has worked with artists such as Sheppard, The Veronicas and Dean Lewis.
As a band manager, Jordan’s experience in booking performances, organizing band practice, building a social media presence, print marketing, purchase and sale of merchandise, organizing CD production and liaising with band management in Los Angeles.
Although Between Kings comes from the alternative world, Jordan writes and produces genres ranging from Chill R&B and Hardcore Trap, to EDM and Indie vibes. His philosophy is to really dig into the songs, make every part the best it can be and help each artist find their own sound.
